On March 7, 2025, I will be taking part in Swim for Hope once again!
Swim for Hope is a partnership between Swimming Newfoundland and the Cancer Care Foundation which raises funds to support cancer patients and their families in Newfoundland & Labrador.
I have been dedicated to this cause for several years because it holds a special place in my heart. My grandfather battled this disease, and though I never had the chance to meet him, I swim in his honor to help raise money for the fight against cancer.
