Today is a good day!
This year I will be participating in the Polka Dot Trot in Appleton. The Polka Dot Trot is the Cancer Care Foundations Signature Event which raises funds to support cancer patients and their families in Newfoundland & Labrador.
My team, Today is a Good Day, is named in honour of my friend Lorna who lost her battle with cancer a few years ago. I walk to remember Lorna, my family and friends who are still fighting their battle or have lost their battle with this dreadful disease. Your generosity supports cancer patients who are facing a cancer journey.
